Simone Bailey made this piece in early 2015 after being invited to make work for an exhibition that responded to the 2014 acquittal of the police officer who murdered Eric Garner, as well as the series of protests that occurred in New York following the verdict. The posters were wheatpasted throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
